We have heard lately from prospective clients that think our real estate web site design is expensive that they have heard of an agent in their brokerage that is getting hundreds of leads from their $400 website.
When we looked into it we saw on several occasions that the $400 website is linked to a $2000 a month pay per click campaign and a $500 a month link campaign. Then they pay $50 a month for an outside search feed and $45 a month for newsletter campaign.
