CNN Real Estate news and all the muck mucks that the sky is falling in the real estate market (like you didn't know) and are choking the life out of the existing market in order to get the story out...yeah thanks guys! As a seasoned closer not just a web geek.....let me help those that are stressing out about the upcoming downturn in the real estate market. The downturn in the market will MAKE you more money in the next 6 months than you did all year this year if you are prepared. If your real estate web site has content about foreclosures and your real estate SEO (search engine optimization) is getting you placed on the first page of search engines for foreclosure terms you will get more business in the next few months than you did all year.. Why because the buyers are still around. There are preapprovals sitting around unused because the market has been on we'll see status for months. The market is tanking on the retail side and everyone is waiting to see what happens. Foreclosure deals are quicker by nature and buyers are more responsive in getting pre approved, getting paperwork to you and the lender and getting things done in general. So you have been catering to clients the last 9 months.....NOW you can be the gatekeeper to forclosures where the average foreclosure buyer has never bought a foreclosure before so you have control! Get foreclosure content, allot of it, on your site that talks about everything related to the world of buying and investing in foreclosures. But don't just copy and paste it from someplace else. TALK to your clients on your website like you were at thanksgiving dinner and they ask what about all this foreclosure stuff they talk about The more unique and REAL (no parade queen waves and fake corporate smiles) you make your conversation on your website the more you will connect and get them to contact you. Get a feed or a daily list that you can put on your site where you show part of it but then have a lead capture system request info to see all. Get familiar with the foreclosure market if you are not experienced. Ask your favorite bank to talk to their REO (real estate owned) department so you can get a feel of things (put your notes on your website- its great content) If you are one of our clients you don't need to worry about this because we are already building content and modules to go after what we propose However, no matter who you use......GET this done now or miss out on allot of business.
