Now that the media has reported what you knew all along the word is out. Foreclosures are hitting the market at a rate higher than anyone can remember. Selling Foreclosures is faster and easier than the typical hand holding buyer you deal with in a normal market.

That means you need to have content about foreclosures and the process and how you can help with foreclosures on your site YESTERDAY! and develop bank connections so you can become a go to source for them.

You can get foreclosure content for your real estate web site easily but the next thing is getting the JUICY content that visitors REALLY want to see.....a list of current bank owned properties.

First we need to talk about how to add the fresh listings then we will talk about how to get REO connections.
