Real Estate Coaching is needed more than ever but there isn't anyone telling you how to get advise on the advise givers is there

Well we use a few companies for our clients so read below and take what makes sense.

You can avoid problems with real estate coaching companies by knowing how to hire a real estate coach and when you do you will come to the conclusion that you are hiring BOTH the coach and the company.

The company should allow you to switch real estate coaches without resentment or drama. It should be seen as a positve and synergistic PART of the coaching process, not a negative.

The contract should spell out what to expect; from your first day to what to each week, month and quarter. Most importantly real estate coaching company problems won't happen if they put at least a 4 sale performance guarantee on their services.

If they don't live by those policies then expect problems with a real estate coaching company and don't go with them no matter how much they discount or how many freebies they give. Your career is worth more than any discount.

Contractually, first you want a performance guarantee of at least 4 sales (that is direclty related to coaching techniques) and the ability to switch coaches without tension or drama.

Pay monthly on a credit card not all upfront. Even though you have a contract that stipulates arbitration and all that, if they don't hold up their end then dispute it with your credit card company. They will let you go back and dispute 6 months worth.

Get clarification in their contract if ANYTHING isn't crystal clear. If you prove by 3rd party means that you attended every requird phone call and meeting and, and ,etc....find out what that really means so you make sure you comply.

if you fail to benefit from our services we will refund you the initial payment of the 12 month period....hmm does that mean all 12 payments or the initial one

its like the saying For every pushup you do I will do two...you do 50 and I do 2....I did what I said right......make sure the wording is plain english and get a signed faxed clarification from an officer of the company not the real estate coach.
