This and a few other posts are purely from an internet ego surfer that harassed and tried to control and then bully a very reputable real estate agent. We will prove with 3rd party sites that you can visit that he is lying and like global warming is slanting information to make it look like one thing when he knows nothing about it.

His lying in posts and manipulation of the circumstances may work in the cigarette or government spin but here we will easily see that if he does real estate like he does this part of his life we feel sorry for all that follow him. .

If he slants, lies and edits his own forums (people tried to help him but he edited their remarks ) and harasses innocent reputable people do you think it stops when he represents you in a real estate transaction? It’s a behavior not an exception

He went to the page and decided not to take the steps to rectify yet pours weeks of posts, slants and lies and negative energy to stir up what he could have fixed (by one of his own groupies posts admission) on his own. Lets

First you should know that we have been on the internet since 1994 and have worked with lendingtree, carsdirect, cars, greenlightfinancial, etc. ...a list too many to mention in helping with shaping what others profess to know about the internet.

Next all our clients are top ranked ethically and make money from our sites or we BUY BACK OUR WORK. NO ONE in the industry does this.

So we are not a low producing real estate agent trying to find a way to make a buck( he is proclaiming ....our divisions have sites that are on the first page of google for real estate seo and real estate software...which gene doesn’t seem to be yet he is trying to draw attention to his software gimmick by making hoopla like this)

 We will try to take time to explain in posts to come but to answer his recent rantings about stealing search engine placement regarding gene ward alamo real estate? It clearly shows the lack of experience and true understanding of web architecture and real estate search engine optimization..

Lets look at how he slants the issue.

He is taking about a phrase on one search engine that will never get him or anyone else business.  Do you know how many phrases he checked on every search engine to find a rogue phrase like this? This is an ego surfer behavior

All this hoopla is because he didn't like that we fought back after he tried to bully a nice and reputable woman with threats.

Next, lets look at his post (his posts are more promotion than helping seeing the information is rudimentary SEO techniques that are outdated) he says this:

"said it actually helped my ranking as there was a link to my site (which there is not). "  Actually he is lying.

AND click on the text of any other link there and it takes you to their website. It helps both sites because we are “referring” that site by linking to it.

It WAS there till he told us to take it off. We told him on April 19th we would have it removed from our internal search engine and it takes two weeks (which it did) and as of 05/03 its off yet he slants his post that its not.

We told him the Yahoo search result would be gone but would take two weeks "if you don't continue to ego surf and click on the link"

Search Engine rule: "if you have a bunch of different computers click on a search result it will raise its ranking in search engine."

But this wont happen.....why? Because of his fixation of clicking on that yahoo's search result AND putting it in a forum to have all you do it. By doing it over and over yahoo thinks it must be a valid page for that phrase.

See this shows that he is a moron (and yes we call someone that bullies a reputable woman a moron when they proclaim to be an internet expert yet doesn’t understand this ) because of his posting asking  you all go to yahoo and click on the links  this just keeps the link going higher and higher...perpetuating the situation ....his ego is his own demise

We gave him a link which helps him...watch... his site will not rank as well. Well knowing him he will spend hours and hours doing what he thinks is seo because of this statement...but that will have him busy getting a non paying phrase up and keeping him away from real estate transactions where his manipulation, lying and omition of the facts might hurt more people..

All because of a link helping him with gene ward Alamo real estate  amazing.
