If you look at all the success the other web design companies tout, do a search on google for their names. You will see that they are all over forums and blogs across the internet (literally anyone that will listen and give adivce) asking for help and discussing web issues. Link pages, state pages, black hat, grey hat, keywords, density, blah blah blah.

Now do a search for ANY of our clients names, ANY!

Not one will you find trying to figure out why their top rankings dropped or if they should be asking Matt Cutts to contact google for help. Our clients have no clue who he is or Greg Boser or anyone in the industry that is the latest guru. Not slighting anyone who thinks of themselves highly (wow I did it again didn't I) in a dot com industry the last 14 years where so many have come and gone and google wasnt around yet.

The industry today has huge bloated companies that mass produce sites that miss the basics of what makes but spend so much in advertsing to get you to believe what they have is the only way. In fact there is one company out there that bought a few companies and all sell the same thing yet still carry the names of the companies they once were.

Not ONE in our industry manages your site, real estate SEO, lead management, email campaigns and niche marketing except us.

Our clients don't have to learn anything about the internet, spend ours a week trying to learn, analyze, implement and stay on top of the things you have to in order to be successful.

We manage everything, web site design, real estate SEO (search engine optimization) This year we will start advertising. Never in our 14 year history have we advertised, spam emailed or tried to promote ourselves by hyping the market with blogs and forums.

When we came out with our unique looks and architectures others followed, when we added coaching others followed.

Now this year we will raise the bar even further by exposing the masses to our services so the others will follow. Why Well once more people see they don't need to do all that others do we will get more clients. Then as more and more watch our site (we watch so many other competitors going to our site and don't know they leave their IP which is from thier corporate servers)and try to duplicate it will inevitably raise the level of service and give you the agent or broker what you should be getting now.

Its like mutual funds or roofing or a real estate agent......you need an expert that will give you a level of service from begininng to end. You wouldn't expect a roofer to say ok here is the hammer, nails and shingles....now go to oru forums to learn how to do it.

You would not recommend FSBO to a client right so why do you approach your web site that way

You web site should have an experienced team that work together not different companies that didnt build their products exclusively for eachother.

We package everything and design each function (web site, seo, lead capture, lead marketing, newsletters, lead conversion) not buying or referring to another company's stock add ons.

5 years from now new agents will look at those that bought sites from the others and think them crazy. Why did you waste all that time to try to do it yourself when you could have hired a team and made them accountable

For today though I laugh when I look at all the success stories other real estate design companies tout. Shame on them for riding their clients hours and hours of hard work and claiming it for themselves.

All real estate web design companies should be accountable and services sites. Most wont because they either are not from the real estate industry like we are so they only speak geek and never had success in closing real estate.

Web site design is not enough, demand more from who you use.
