Realtor.com is a great way to search for homes on the surface. My family that are not in the business would tell me at get togethers its great and lets you look at homes without registering.....we sell ALL that is available.

Then I had them search for 55 senior homes by clicking on senior community button on the realtor.com new advanced search and they saw that the results were the same. Then I showed them the REAL difference from logging into the mls and creating a report.

23 homes that realtor.com didn't showcase.

Then I told them what you know that more and more people are leaving realtor.com's service because of price.

So the next question is ok then who do you have in this ara that can help us.

Then I get sales calls from realtors that tell me oh you guys are so expensive.....I can get a XXXX site and they just frame my search to realtor.com for $400
