Beware of Real Estate Coaching in Real Estate Web Design, Agent
When we went to real estate web site masters and SEO gurus to build the next generation of site that would be a fusion of mortgage and real estate site (we would trade real estate leads for mortgage deals) marketing ALL of the big players and one man wonders looked at us like we were nuts. SURE, they took our money and "uh-huh'd" us to death while we explained what we wanted and then waited for months to get a site WE could have done and them saying "OH, you want something else?.....yeah we can't do that"
WAIT! we are getting to the point in a sec.......

They talk about meta tags and using a keyword selector ........or stealth sites and pay per click......or they point to sites that are "kick ass" as they call it and they are not on the first page of search engines and don't meet the requirements of a great site that if you put them and us in the same room with you we'd have you wondering how they call themselves real estate web masters or real estate seo gurus.
TOO many "coaches" are listening to real estate web design "experts" that really have no clue what they are talking about.
EVALUATE your coach and their company.......The cost of bad advice about real estate web site design or SEO means more than a few hundred bucks or someone trying to look good in a crowd.
The right web site WILL make you a six figure income next year.....even in a down market you can make money in real estate on the internet. WE guarantee it.
But that aside.....using someone.....don't take it lightly and follow the crowd because "someone said" something in a seminar.
Whoever you are talking with? they should have at least 30 clients that you can go to the web right now and see free pay per click
type results where the sites are in the free area, first page on all 3 search engines or at least the top 15 results on each search engines (MSN, Yahoo and Google).
