Let your website give them something first and you are one step closer than your competitors; something clients remember when its time to pick someone.
- Have a wealth of unbiased knowledge for the million questions they have about the process
. They more you can show all they need to know AND all that they need to be aware of if you were not around in the process means the more you will they will use you.
- Respond Respond Respond
They hate filling out forms online. And not having a quick response can turn a hopeful prospect into a bitter prospect. Just like you would expect when you are shopping online,when they put their trust in your siteto send their contact information they need to be acknowledged; from autoresponders emails immediately thanking them to you calling them in less than 10 minutes from their email.
- Show more than just the services of a Real Estate Agent
. Your site needs to communicate the area overall, give them reference and why they would move to an area within your service area. Your site needs to show attractions and lifestyles just as much as home detail information. Waterfront, attractions, sports, lifestyles and more. Movers, home stagers, landscapers, painters and others that your clients need to get access to adds even more confidence that you truly offer full service and are not just a slogan
As the design of content unique to you and your area comes together onto your site, it naturally gets you top placement with search engines because you are communicating to more internet visitors.
Take your old site to the test.Truthfully, it's based on one area with little blurbs about cities close to the main area. But which cities are waterfront, inland, ranch style, predominantly condos, 90yr victorians, new construction, little italy, chinatown, cookie cutter "boxes" 5 feet from each neighbor, etc? Which community is closer to kids attractions and nightlife and which are secluded? Is your site over 400 pages of content on your site not bogus pages
