Real Estate agents and brokers fall for the trap everyday. They go web site or SEO hunting and see "results."

The problem is that to the trained eye, the results are not from real estate SEO. Another situation is seeing a top ranked site that is lacking key elements to their site. This translates to someone in the know that you ,the agent or broker, are paying WAY too much to get there.

How can we explain this......hmmmm.......well its like making a race car with salvaged parts. It looks like a race car but it will take more to keep it on teh track and not falling apart than a new car with new "machined" parts.
