Here is what Realtor.com Requires for their ads

 

Flash Specifications - There is an additional $200 charge to upgrade to Flash
Permitted Ad Units: Leaderboard (728 x 90), Skyscraper (160 x 600), .

File Format: SWF and FLA

Maximum File Size:

• 728 x 90 (leaderboard) - 35k

• 160 x 600 (skyscraper) - 35k

• Because of JavaScript limitations, Flash file names MUST NOT begin with
  numbers.

• Please embed all fonts used in creative.

• Please create your ad with Flash version 4 or higher only.

• Please submit the Flash source file (.FLA). We must receive the
  source file so that we can add the necessary tagging that will allow us to
  track the click-through.

• Please submit a static .GIF or .JPG file with your Flash animation if you do
  not include < noscript > tags. This will be served to users who are unable to
  view your Flash ad.

• Pop Under ads using Flash may not contain audio.
