Our requirements are: 

• Licensed Realty Company, real estate agent.
• Able to commit to offering personal service with the cities of San Diego County or portions thereof
• Can submit licenses and resume and testimonials that will be verified that demonstrate your ability to offer outstanding service to the client's we give you.
• Must have a high sales conversion ratio. We will be eliminating problems with credit or affordability issues with your clients so out of 10 clients we expect you to sell at least 8 of them. This usually translates to having the ability to "be every to everybody", understanding, resourceful and diligent.
• The drive and heart you first felt that go you into the business with the experience of a 30 year veteran(or the desire to learn)
